They want to get your hips dancing. Well, probably not your hips, if you're driving... more like your upper body. Anyways, the song talks about the "Children of Production", Dr. Funkestein's clones, created by him to funk the Earth up. In other words, to control the world with funky sounds like this. I've just come to realize, that Dr. Funkestein's idea is pretty sweet!
